Nevertheless, the use of the website is conditioned on the user’s acceptance of all of the terms and conditions contained in or on the site. Payment Policy
All dues payments are final. Refunds will be made only in the event of an error in processing.  Payments for events are refundable up to 30 days before the event and must be requested in writing or by email.  No refunds will be made for conference registration within 30 days of the event.  Credits may be issued to be used for future event registrations.

Shipping Policy
This web site is used for event registrations, membership dues, and donations only. No items will be shipped.
