Keynote speaker Barry Willingham, President & CEO of Shangri-La Resort, will share his insights. Representative Josh West (R-Grove) will discuss proposed legislation to remove the gasoline tax on marina fuel, similar to the diesel exemption. Representative West is also in talks with Oklahoma House Speaker Kyle Hilbert (R-Bristow) about possibly addressing the conference.
